Free Laptops – How to Get a Free Laptop

by admin on August 9, 2013

You have probably seen the news report on the TV or saw an ad in the Internet about websites that are giving out free laptops . So how can you get a free laptop and why exactly would someone give it to you?

Well, only cheese in the mousetrap is free, correct?
There are indeed companies who give out laptops, mp3 players and other cool gifts but it is not completely free as some claim. Sometimes you will have to pay a few dollars, sometimes you will have to spend your valuable time and sometimes even refer your friends. I will explain a few ways how this could work for you.

The easiest way to get free laptop is to test it. When a company releases a new product, they always need folks who will test the new products for them. Let it be makeup, computers, toys, even food. Of course you get to keep it as a gift. You will however be required to do different tasks with your gift and report back to the company with the results. There are many interested people to do this kind of testing and unfortunately sometimes it is not easy to get in. As I mentioned, you will also have to spend some time testing the product.

Another way to get a free laptop (as reported on CNN) is completing offers.
The website offering this gift will present certain offers to you and will ask you to complete them.
Some of these offers are free trials, others require some cash, usually only a few dollars. The offers are quite good; credit card applications, Netflix trial, free business cards and so on. If you like the services, you can keep them, if not – simply cancel at any time, they are trials after all.

These websites can afford to give out a laptop to you because every time you complete an offer, either paid or free, they get paid a good amount by the advertiser, to whom you became a potential customer for a long time. The website owner keeps part of this money as his profit and uses the rest to buy you a gift in order to encourage you to fill out the offers – it’s a simple marketing strategy. It’s a win-win-win situation. You get a free laptop, the advertisers gets a potential new long-term client, and the website owner makes his profit. This strategy of getting a laptop will often require you to refer your friends to it as well, of course if you refer more friends you will get your computer faster.

There are different models available, sometimes really expensive models of laptops are available. The site was shown on TV and is 100% legit! Visit today.

Get a Free Laptop – Truth or Myth?

by admin on January 24, 2012

Recently CNN interviewed an owner of the free laptop website. They confirmed a website was not another scam but the real deal. Although only available to USA residents, the website does give away laptops for free, or almost.

So how does the whole “Get a Free Laptop” system work? It’s actually very simple. Once you’re at their website, you have to choose a laptop you want and fill out the e-mail address field. Next you will have an option of filling out a quick short 1 page survey. This step is optional.

Then, you will be offered many different memberships and trials, most of these are free for a week or so, with a possibility of cancellation without a fee, some offers require you to make a purchase costing a dollar or two. In order to get a free laptop you will have to complete 2 silver offers, 2 gold offers and either a) 6 platinum offers or b) Have 20 offers completed by people you refer. Please take note; you will have to do either “a” or “b”, not both.

When the required steps are completed, your laptop is on its way. Make sure you provided the correct address, PO boxes are not acceptable. (article continues below)

So where does the actual laptop come from? The owner of the website receives a decent amount of money from the advertiser for each offer you complete. Why does the advertiser pay so much money for it? Well, when you complete an offer, even free trials, you become a potential client for the advertiser. The whole “get a free laptop” system is a win-win-win deal for you, the website owner and the advertiser.

Beware, some of the Free Laptop sites are scams, and will never send you a laptop. If a website doesn’t provide you with their contact information – it is scam. The site should also offer a possibility of verifying your gift status. You will need this, to make sure you completed all the offers required and that the laptop was shipped to you.
